Taybeh – The Palestinian Beer

Golden
Taybeh (tay-bey) means ‘delicious’ in arabic.
Taybeh beer is a small-scale artesanal brewery using only chosen natural ingredients, high-fermenting yeast and cold fermentation. This method gives the beer its characteristic clear and clean flavour.

Dark
This classic beer was firstly produced by medieval monks to fortify in times of fasting.
To obtain this dark, vigorous and harmonious beer a generous amount of malt is implied.

Amber
‘Amber’ derives fromold-german ‘Alt’, meanig aged.
This beer is obtained by long periods in casks and most modern brewing methods.
Produced with exclusively natural ingredients, barley malt, hops, yeast and spring water

White
Typical belgian wheat beer, is produced by Taybeh using only local palestinian products, coriander, orange peel, hops, yeast and spring water.
